Caucasus University campus in Tbilisi 2017-2019

The University with its modern infrastructure and equipment is one of the largest higher educational institutions in Georgia and in southern Caucasus. The new campus is a historical building built in 1909 and in which 1911-1924 Armenian Seminary was functioning.
Electromontage had the challenging task of completing all the lighting works, so that historic character and the evidence of the building’s age was not lost.
Gelaty Monastery and Academy is a UNESCO world heritage site. The monastery still is a functioning church. Under the supervision of UNESCO the site is being continually restored and protected. It underwent the last reconstruction in 2009. All the original structures of the monastery are intact and functional which made renovations even more challenging.
Works executed:
Gelaty academy substation, power supply cable installation, internal power network and lighting installation, building illumination works
